Dual Citizen

SEUR arrived today with Bianca's US passport and Consular Report of Birth. She's got everything she needs now. Bianca discovered her hands a couple of weeks ago, but she's also been doing this leaning forward thing. If she's sitting between my legs resting her head near my knees she leans forward and kind of perches herself there. I usually say something like "Great, now what are you gonna do?" Our favorite Saturday afternoon activity is watching soccer, preferably the Premiership. Here's a shot of us relaxing.
