7 Month check up

Bianca did well at her seven month check-up. She got her next Prevenar shot and didn't even cry; she hardly noticed. Except for a hysterical screaming session last Saturday night, she's been sleeping 11hrs a night.
Our Graco Pack n' Play arrived from the US today. They weren't kidding about the 4 to 6 week shipping time. But we've got it, and didn't have to pay customs thanks to the 'present' clause. Thanks KY for your "middle man" assistance. It's already deployed in our living room, which is just another step in the transition from living room to Bianca's play room. It's so bright and fun looking, Ewa and I want to play in it. Ewa said that if Bianca doesn't like it, she's going to climb in and leave the rest of the house to Bianca.
We took her to the beach last weekend, which was mostly a 40min trial run. We need to revamp our tent thinking and devise a way to make her comfortable - read: dark, quiet - so she'll nap. We may have to stake out a spot in the lee of the dunes to keep the reliably constant Galician wind away.
